Jack Hale, 86, of Berea, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Berea Health Care. Jack was born in Jackson County, Kentucky to the late Robert and Myrtle Edith Thomas Hale.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and attended the Pilot Knob Baptist Church. He was a member of the Berea Masonic Lodge #617, where he had earned his 50-year member pin. He was also a member of the Oleika Shrine.
