The Berea Parks and Recreation Department and the Berea Tourism Commission are proud to present the 5th annual Arts Alive Concert Series! The Series will be held every Friday night from 7-8:30 at Chestnut Street Square in downtown Berea during the month of August. We will get off to a sizzling start on August 3rd with the jazzy sounds of the 18 piece ensemble the Bluegrass Area Jazz Association out of Lexington. August 10th join us for the smooth sounds of Jimi V and Screamin John. You also don’t want to fail to miss the Celtic sounds of Keltricity who will kick off the Celtic Festival weekend in Berea. Fan of country? You will want to see the Downtown Country Band on August 24th. The Arts Alive Concert Series will wrap up with the bluesy sounds of Louisville’s own Robbie Bartlett on August 31st.
