Drug Arrest: On 02/12/2013 Officers executed a search warrant in the 200 Block of South Broadway. Inside the residence they located several different kinds of pills and $2,410.00 in cash. The total number of pills seized was 73.

Drug Arrest: On 02/11/2013 Officers were called to the Knight’s Pharmacy on Glades Road in reference to several subjects attempting to purchase Sudafed. The subjects left before Officers arrived but one of them was located walking on Glades Road. As the Officer attempted to make contact with the subject, he began running. The Officer was able to catch him after a short foot chase. On his person the subject had 3 partial tablets and a syringe.
Officers arrested 42 year old Ronnie Allen of Annville Ky and charged him with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd, Fleeing or Evading Police and Drug Paraphernalia Possession.
Drug Arrest: On 02/14/2013 an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Highway 1016. Officers made contact with the two occupants of the vehicle and discovered that the driver had a suspended license. The passenger in the vehicle gave Officers consent to search his person and they located 2 partial Lortab tablets and a metal tube with residue inside.
Officers arrested 38 year old Mitchell Wren of Berea Ky. He was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd and Drug Paraphernalia Possession.
Alcohol Arrest: On 02/16/2013 Officers were called to the area of Washington Street in reference to a dispute. Officers were advised that one of the parties had left the area on foot and they located him on Jefferson Street. The subject had slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and had a strong odor of alcohol.
Officers arrested 42 year old Ricky Saylor of Berea Ky and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
DUI Arrest: On 02/16/2013 Officers were called to an injury collision at the intersection of Richmond Road and Highway 956 (Berea Bypass). One of the vehicles involved left the scene and it was later located on Elmsleigh Drive. The driver of the vehicle was unsteady on her feet and had slurred speech.
Officers arrested 49 year old Tammy Guttenberg of Berea Ky. She was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 2nd Offense (DUI).
Endangering Arrest: On 02/16/2013 Officers were called to the 200 Block of Provincial Way in reference to a welfare check on two children. Officers located an adult female who was unsteady on her feet and had a strong odor of alcohol. There were also two children in the home, an infant and a three year old.
After an investigation the Officers learned that the intoxicated female had been alone with the two children at the residence. Officers also learned that the female had been in contact with a male subject that had a protective order against her.
Officers arrested 24 year old Kimberly Sherman of Berea Ky. She was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Violation of a Ky EPO/DVO.
Alcohol Arrest: On 02/17/2013 an Officer observed a female walking in the middle of the street on Jane Street. When he made contact with her she was unsteady on her feet and stated that she had been drinking.
Officers arrested 33 year old Cristen Smith of Richmond Ky and charged her with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
Theft: On 02/13/2013 Officers were called to Walmart in reference to thefts. Store employees stated that on three different dates items were stolen from inside the store by the same person. The security video shows a male subject enter the store in the early morning hours. He selects an electronic item and takes it to the lawn and garden department. He then hands the item over the fence to someone else who puts it inside of a vehicle. The subject in the store then leaves out the front and gets in the vehicle. The subjects are able to take items the same way three different times. Two times the subjects are in an older model gold Chevy Lumina and one time they were in a newer silver Chevy Malibu. Estimated Loss: $1,767.40.
Theft: On 02/10/2013 a resident in the 70 Block Of Kaye Street reported that items were stolen overnight from inside his vehicle. Estimated Loss: $200.00.
Theft: On 02/18/2013 a resident in the 600 Block of Chestnut Street reported that tools were stolen from his vehicle overnight. Estimated Loss: $370.00.
